Medication, consultations, testing, and delivery can have separate charges. Shipping is calculated per product line. Review the complete selected-service total before paying; a membership is not an all-inclusive medication plan.

- Basic, Plus, and Premium provide plan-based benefits and member pricing. Monthly membership fees go toward telehealth calls; check your plan’s consultation allowance and how credits apply.
- Medication and testing
- Medication and test kits have their own prices. Strength, quantity, and supply affect the total. Any additional clinical or lab fees should be shown before you accept the service.
- Shipping and renewals
- Shipping is calculated per product line. Lumera Plus is a separate three-month medication subscription, not the $79/month Plus membership. Required clinical review and approval precede renewal charges.
